Privacy Policy

Indicia Partners Ltd (company number 17437930, registered in England and Wales) is the organisation responsible for personal information you share with us through this website or by email. You can contact us at info@indiciapartners.com.

Information you send us

When you submit the CV form or contact us by email, we may receive your name, email address, current title and company, area of expertise, LinkedIn URL, CV, optional message and anything else you choose to include. Please only share information that is relevant to your professional background and career interests.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to enquiries, assess whether a search opportunity may be relevant, and communicate with you about appropriate roles or services. We may share relevant candidate information with a client only as part of a search discussion. If you email us a CV, we may keep it for future relevant opportunities, subject to your preferences and applicable law. We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a specialist recruitment business, and with your consent where required.

Storage and retention

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for recruitment or business correspondence, and review whether it remains relevant. You may ask us to update or remove your details by emailing the address above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about the information we hold, request correction or deletion, object to certain uses, or ask us to stop contacting you about opportunities. We will assess requests under applicable data protection law. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Website submissions

We use FormSubmit to receive CV form submissions and file attachments and deliver them to our company email address. Your browser sends the form information and attachment to that service when you select Submit CV. FormSubmit says it retains submission details for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. Its privacy terms say it processes submitted information to operate the service and fulfil requests, and may share it when necessary to provide the service or required by law. If you email us instead, your email provider processes the message and attachment.
